Star Wars fans and collectors can soon add another gaming great figure to their collection as Hasbro revealed RC-1262, aka Scorch. This 6-inch scale figure is inspired by the Star Wars: Republic Commando video game. It includes figure and one accessory and is available for pre-order on 12/14 at 1 PM ET, exclusively at GameStop.

Scorch was a clone commando who served in the Galactic Republic's clone army as part of the elite unit Delta Squad, along with troopers named Boss, Sev, and Fixer. The squad famously recovered two Jedi that were killed from the planet Devaron following a massacre there led by, Savage Opress. Delta Squad took the bodies to the Jedi temple on the planet Coruscant and reported to four Jedi High Council members there.

Scorch made his canonized appearance in The Bad Batch episode "War-Mantle." David W. Collins, who did sound for the episode, revealed that he had reused the original game sound for Scorch's DC-17 blaster from Star Wars: Republic Commando.

Scorch is the latest video game addition in the Gaming Greats wave of Star Wars figures, following the reveal and announcement of Bastilla Shan and Darth Malak from the first Knights of the Old Republic game.

In the past, that wave has also included Jedi castoff Cal Kestis, who is a recent character in the Jedi: Fallen Order video game, and can soon be seen in the upcoming sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The trailer for Survivor recently premiered at the Game Awards last week and will continue Cal's story as he fights off Imperial forces and tries to evade the Empire one more day.
